Brows and lip blush typically last 1 – 3 years depending on your skin type, lifestyle and aftercare. Colour fades gradually and softly, and a retouch keeps it looking fresh. A colour refresh is recommended once a year.

Most clients describe it as very tolerable. We use a professional numbing process throughout the treatment, so any sensation is mild — more pressure than pain. Lip blush can feel slightly more sensitive but is well managed.

You don't have to decide alone. Every session begins with a detailed consultation where we map your features, discuss your routine and design a shape and technique — hairstroke, shading or a combination — that genuinely suits you.

PMU peels lightly over 5 – 7 days and the true colour settles over 4 – 6 weeks. Lashes require no downtime. You'll receive clear written aftercare and can message us any time during healing.

Avoid caffeine, alcohol, blood thinners and retinol for 24 – 48 hours before PMU. Come with clean skin and, if you'd like, a reference photo of the look you love. We'll cover everything else at your consultation.

Natural lashes shed continuously, so most clients return every 2 – 3 weeks to keep their set looking full. Both Natural ($150) and Design ($200) extensions include removal, and you can choose standard glue or our LED bonding option for better retention.

Your first retouch is included — just return 1 to 3 months after your first session. After that, a retouch is $100 up to 1 year from your first session. Note that Dark Correction does not include a retouch, as correction work varies case by case.

Absolutely. We follow strict single-use and sterilisation protocols, use sealed disposable needles and maintain a clean, private treatment space. Your safety and comfort come first at every step.

We don't perform PMU during pregnancy or breastfeeding for safety reasons. Lash services can be discussed case by case. Please let us know in your consultation so we can advise you properly.
